Information we collect

When you contact us, we collect your name, email address, approximate device count, service interest and message. Our hosting provider may process standard security logs such as IP address, browser, requested page and timestamp. Client service data is governed by the applicable service and data-processing agreements.

How we use it

We use enquiry information to respond, assess requested services, maintain security and keep appropriate business records. Where GDPR or UK GDPR applies, our bases include steps requested before a contract, performance of a contract, legitimate interests in operating and securing our business, and legal obligations.

Service providers

We use hosting and infrastructure providers to operate the site and Mailgun to deliver contact-form email. Providers receive only the information needed for their role and act under their applicable contractual terms. We do not sell personal information or use advertising trackers.

Retention

Enquiries are normally retained for up to 24 months, unless a longer period is needed for an active engagement, dispute or legal obligation. Security logs follow the hosting provider’s configured retention. Client records follow the signed agreement.

International processing

Our company and some providers may process information in the United States or other countries. Where required for EEA or UK transfers, we use an applicable legal mechanism and supplementary safeguards as appropriate.

Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability, and may complain to your local authority. Email hello@answers.info to make a request. We may need to verify your identity.

Security and updates

We use access controls, encrypted transport and limited retention appropriate to the service. No online system is risk-free. Material changes to this notice will be posted with a new update date.
