The terms for using the Answers IT website.

This website is operated by BluePeak Studios LLC, 1603 Capitol Ave, Suite 310, Cheyenne, WY 82001, USA. By using the website, you agree to these website terms. Managed services are governed by a separate written proposal or service agreement, which prevails if terms conflict.

Information and quotations

Website descriptions and prices are indicative, not a binding offer. Scope, response targets, fees, onboarding and cancellation terms are confirmed in the client’s written agreement. Prices exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, disrupt the contact service, submit unlawful content, or probe security without written permission. Contact details must be accurate and submitted by someone authorised to make the enquiry.

Client responsibilities

For paid services, clients must provide authorised access, maintain their own credentials, communicate material environment changes and use the services lawfully. We access systems only within the agreed scope.

Intellectual property

The Answers IT design and original content belong to BluePeak Studios LLC or their respective licensors. Third-party names and media remain the property of their owners. No content may be republished commercially without permission.

Availability and liability

We aim for accurate information and reliable availability but do not warrant an error-free or uninterrupted website. To the extent permitted by law, BluePeak Studios LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from website use. Liability for managed services is defined in the signed agreement. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Governing law

These website terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Laramie County, Wyoming have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights or different terms in a signed agreement.
