Answers is a remote IT service, operated by BluePeak Studios LLC in Wyoming, USA and working with clients worldwide.

We started it on a simple belief: teams deserve the same reliable, well-run IT as big companies — without hiring a department or drowning in jargon.

01 What we believe

Good IT is invisible. When it works, you don't think about it. Our job is to keep it that way — watching quietly, fixing quickly, and being honest about what we do and don't do.

Honesty over hype

We won't sell you services you don't need, invent a track record we don't have, or dress up ordinary work as magic. If something sits outside what we do well, we'll say so and point you to someone better suited.

Access handled with care

Remote support means reaching into your systems. We treat that as the serious responsibility it is — named accounts, consent, logging, and a written data agreement on every engagement. Our security page lays it out in full.

02 How we started

Answers didn't begin as a plan — it began as a job. We were a freelance team keeping the technology running behind Lubbad Production, a busy media studio in Brussels. We organised their chaos, built real backups, and took the tech worries off their hands. Today we manage 40 devices for them, and we're still working together.

Doing that work well showed us something: every creative, fast-moving business has the same fragile layer of technology underneath, and almost nobody has time to look after it. That realisation is why we turned a freelance arrangement into a company — and why Lubbad will always be client number one.

03 A strategic partnership

Our growth runs on trust, not cold sales. Through their work in media and production, Lubbad knows a great many companies — and many of them have asked for exactly the kind of help we provide. So we've built a strategic partnership: Lubbad introduces us to teams who need reliable IT, and we deliver it to the same standard that earned their own confidence. It means we grow through warm, trusted relationships rather than chasing strangers.

Answers IT is operated by BluePeak Studios LLC in Wyoming, USA, and our distributed team supports clients worldwide. For EU and UK engagements, we document processing terms and appropriate safeguards. Support is remote by default, with on-site options agreed by region and scope.
