Endpoint Monitoring
You can't fix what you can't see. Every machine reports its health continuously, so we catch a failing disk, a stopped backup or a security event while it's still a small problem.
02.1 What we watch
- Hardware health. Disk space and SMART failure warnings, memory pressure, CPU temperature, battery wear.
- Uptime & performance. Unexpected reboots, application crashes, services that stop, and machines quietly struggling.
- Security posture. Antivirus running and current, firewall on, disk encryption enabled, suspicious new software.
- Backup & patch status. Confirmation last night's backup ran and that updates are landing across the fleet.
02.2 From signal to action
A dashboard full of green lights is only useful if someone acts on the red ones. That someone is us — alerts route to our team, not to an inbox you have to watch.
Agent reports in
A lightweight agent sends health telemetry on a short interval.
Thresholds trigger
Cross a safe line — disk 90% full, AV off — and an alert fires to us.
We investigate
Often remediating remotely before you'd have noticed anything.
02.3 What's in your monthly report
Once a month you get a short, readable summary — not a wall of graphs:
- Fleet overview
- Devices under management and their overall health.
- Patch compliance
- The percentage of the fleet fully up to date.
- Backup success
- Jobs completed and verified over the month.
- Incidents
- What we caught and how we handled it.
- Recommendations
- Anything worth doing next — ageing hardware, risks.
The agent reports health and status. It is not a tool for watching what staff do on their screens, taking screenshots, or logging keystrokes — and we don't use it that way.
