Brilliant work, built on sand.
Lubbad Production is a premium media studio in the heart of Brussels — brand films, photography, weddings, events, and a podcast studio. The kind of place where creativity runs hot and the calendar is always full.
But success has a cost. As the projects piled up, so did the files: terabytes of raw footage, enormous photo libraries, half-finished edits, final deliverables — spread across a room full of busy machines, moved around by hand, duplicated here, forgotten there. There was no system holding any of it together. Just momentum, and hope.
And then, inevitably, things started to go missing.
The day a file doesn't open.
Anyone who has worked in production knows the feeling. A deadline looming. A client waiting. And a file that simply won't open — corrupted, misplaced, or gone. Hours vanish retracing steps. Sometimes the work has to be redone from scratch. Sometimes it can't be redone at all.
For Lubbad it wasn't one dramatic disaster. It was the slow, grinding tax of it: recurring technical problems that stole whole afternoons, machines that misbehaved at the worst moments, and the constant low-grade anxiety of a team that couldn't fully trust the tools under their own hands.
The creative work never slipped. But the infrastructure beneath it was one bad moment away from real damage — to a project, to a client relationship, to the studio's reputation.
Order, where there was none.
This is where our story and theirs became one. We came in not to sell them software, but to take the problem off their shoulders entirely. Methodically, quietly, we rebuilt the ground they stood on:
- We organised the chaos. Every machine, every drive, every workflow — mapped and brought into order, so nothing critical lived in one fragile place anymore.
- We built real backups. Automated, routine, verified. For the first time, a lost or corrupted file stopped being a catastrophe and became a thirty-second restore.
- We took the tech problems away. When something broke, it stopped being the team's problem — it became ours. They got to go back to creating.
- We stayed. This was never a one-off clean-up. We've remained alongside them, keeping everything healthy as the studio grows.

The work flows again.
The change showed up exactly where it mattered — in the work itself. With files safe and the technology handled, the lost afternoons stopped. The anxiety lifted. The studio could finally move at the speed its talent deserved.
The spark that became Answers.
We came to Lubbad as a freelance team. We left it as a company. Working with them taught us something we couldn't unlearn: that behind every creative, fast-moving business is a fragile layer of technology that nobody has time to look after — and that fixing it changes everything.
That realisation is the reason Answers exists. We took what we did for one studio in Brussels — now 40 managed devices and counting — and built it into a service for teams everywhere. Lubbad will always be client number one.
And they've become more than a client: through their work across media and production, Lubbad opens doors to other companies who need exactly what we do. It's a strategic partnership, and it's how we grow — on trust, not cold calls.
We still work with them today.
